We get it, things happen.

If an unforseen circumstance or inclement weather forces the cancelation of your outdoor event (and relocating the SnackPit to an indoor location is not an option), we can offer a rain check for the amount of your order, minus a $50.00 rain check fee.

Though D&R SnackPit cannot guarantee that your new date will be available, rain checks are good for 30 days from the date of the original event and must be redeemed within this time period. You can check date availability here.

If a rain check is not redeemed before its expiration date, the Cancelation Policy will go into effect and 50% of the original fee, minus the $50 rain check fee, will be issued to the credit card used for the order within 3 business days.

Important: With respect to our seasonal operating schedule (April-December), rain checks can only be issued April through November to allow for fulfillment prior to the close of our operating season (last business day is December 31st, annually). Therefore, orders placed in December for dates in December are not eligible for a rain check.
