Sell Carts

Though we would greatly appreciate as much advance notice as you can provide, please provide notification of your cancelation 7 days prior to the event. If you need to cancel your event, please contact us at selling@drsnackpit.com as soon as you can.


Important: If canceled, D&R SnackPit is not responsible for collecting or refunding any permit fees paid for by the organizer for use of the planned site for the event.

Serve Carts

Cancelation 7 or More Days Prior to the Event: Full Refund
Your SnackPit order is cancelable for a full refund until 7 days prior to your event. For example, if your event is scheduled on a Monday, to be eligible for a full refund you would need to cancel your order by 12:00 noon EST the prior Monday. An email reminder 10 days before your event will be sent to the email address on account. A confirmation of the cancelation will be sent to the email address on file and a full credit will be issued to the credit card used for the order within 3 business days. 

Late Cancelation: 50% Refund
An amount equal to 50% of the order total will be assessed for cancelations less than 7 days prior to your event. A confirmation of the cancelation will be sent to the email address on file, and the 50% credit will be issued to the credit card used for the order within 3 business days. 

Important: With respect to our seasonal operating schedule (April-December), rain checks can only be issued April through November to allow for fulfillment prior to the close of our operating season (last business day is December 31st, annually). Therefore, orders placed in December for dates in December are not eligible for a rain check.
